Default Fire extinguisher

I saw Chris was looking into one. Here is how mine is mounted up. Mabye Mel could post pictures of his here too.
Any one else have one?
Ill get some more pics of the mounting tomorrow. (shhhh, its dirty I know, give me time haha)

sweet, thanks Brock, I'm not sure if you all remember but Justin needed an extinguisher before and I think it would be a good idea just to have one in my car and mounted! Thanks, the more ideas the better.

What you mean this?


after that i keep one in each car, right now i don't have it mounted, it's just shoved under the passanger seat of the saty

they are a great thing to keep in your car, if i would have had one that day i could have probably saved that thing

Is that an Explorer? If that ever happens to our Explorer, I'm letting it burn.

wish i had one in my first car, a 2001 stratus, fliped it and burned it up and than proceeded by a mild explosion. good times

the windows look tinted, yeah they wern't at all,
I had owned that thing for 3 days, was on my way to work and smelt gas so was going to turn off and check it out, next thing i know i see a puff of smoke go past the passanger window, hoped out look under the hood and there is flames! so got on the phone with the FD and watched it burn, the guy across the street in the pic actually ran to the gas station and came back with a exstinguisher but it was too far gone at that point,

after that had to drive the monte and kept one in there, came in handy when the guy at work i park next to was in his car with it running little did he know there was leafs under his car that cought fire but i saw the smoke we founf the fire and put it out befor any real damage was done

I have a fire extinguisher in my Monte, but it's not mounted yet. There was a time that I thought I was going to have to use it because one of the fuel injectors popped out of the fuel rail and gasoline went everywhere. Fortunately, it didn't ignite even though fuel went all over my hot headers. I highly recommend anyone having a fire extinguisher in their cars. It is a good investment.
