Factory head unit specs

Curious if anyone has the factory specs on the delphi head unit in my car. I recently removed the aftermarket system I had in the car(including speakers) and want to install speakers that match the power of the deck.
I seem to remember 25w rms per channel?

If you have either RPO UN0 or UP0 you also have a 200 watt amp located under the rear package shelf...
