Default Dome light and speaker question!!

Well for some reason my mirror lights and dome light do not work i have replaced the bulbs and checked the fuses but they still do not work, anyone know what the problem might be? Also I know this might sound stupid but how do I remove the rear factory speakers and are they 6x9's or what? what are the front speaker sizes? and also when I turn my ignition to on, my left drivers side front speaker comes on but when i turn the ignition to acc it turns off and it sometimes comes on when im driving but most of the time its off and when i turn the ignition off and take the key out my speaker comes on, anyone know what the deal might be here? thanx for any help and i greatly aprreciate it!
