cluster bulb

I want to change the colors on my instrument cluster lights, i have not taken it apart yet, so im not sure if its LEDs or not. so if anyone has done this can give so pointers it would help out. Thanks.

This guy named Perry does conversions. I want the blue ones to match my Pioneer deck and the Stewart Warner guages in my center dash. He also has a DRL delet harness.
