Well you need to give us more info. What will you be powering with it?
There are alot of companies out there that make good amps, Rockford Fosgate, Kicker, Alpine, JL Audio, Pioneer, just to name a few.

There are a couple of ways you can go about it. What are your plans regarding the audio system? And how much are you willing/able to spend on it?

Yep, definitely need more information. Generally you'll want to pick your speakers/subs first based on your goals for the system, and then get an appropriate amp to power them. What are you wanting out of your system? Give us some ideas of what you want and a budget, and there's plenty of people here that can give you some good recomendations.

Well, are you interested in just music, or do you want to be able to watch movies, videos, play x box, ipod? Do you want regular audio or 5.1, dolby? Are you looking for loud, moderate, booming system?

Check out this link. They have some pretty good equipment and their prices are good. Remember that you will need an adapter for the installation of an aftermarket head unit. Have fun shopping!

BTW, make sure the HU you select fits the car. Use crutchfield's "fit my car" feature and search the HU you want to use to make sure it fits.
