I have SS headrests, I guess the previous owner did that swap. I wish I had a comete list of what had done to the car before I bought it, but the dealers had no idea other than the obvious tinted windows and Magnaflow mufflers. I think the DoD had been disabled too, as I neve once saw it kick in. Anyway, I think I might try the trailblazer **** and see what happens. Thanks!

PS does anyone know how to read the part number, there are three part numbers for the trailblazer ****, which I'm guessing might be color. I just wanted to get something that would match the interior of my car. Thanks again,

i want to have mine custom stitched. how much did yours run about?

 

Finally decided to go ahead and order one of the leather shift ***** for mine. Ordered it from GM Parts Direct since my local Chevrolet dealer said they couldn't match or beat their price. Just got it in the mail and installed it yesterday evening. I can already say it makes a nice difference and I like it. Accents the leather steering wheel and seats well. Here's mine...

Thanks Chibi! I honestly can say I don't think I would have realized this option existed if it wasn't for this thread, so thanks also for touching on this subject on here. I would recommend to anyone else who is also thinking about doing this swap.
