5th gen gauge light

anyone know what kind of bulb is in the gauge cluster of the 5th gen montes? mine is shot and i need to know what kind to get before i take everything apart. i have a 96 z34 if that helps

They are 194 bulbs.

There are 5 that backlight the gauges. Two for the speedo, one for the tach, one for the fuel gauge and one for the temp gauge.
