Default 06-07 LED Lighting

I love cheap mods, This isn't just for the 06-07 montes but the previous gens can do these mods too for cheap as well.

Go to sylvania website for all your light bulb model numbers and hit your local pep boys or online for led lights that match your model numbers.

What I did was I changed my bumper lights that are white there are one on each side by your license plate, I got 194 LED Bulbs in a two pack for like 7 bucks and unscrewed my little lights out twist the bulb out off the socket and remove the old halogen bulb and just put the new one in its place, they are plug and play no modding wires at all. Now they are brighter cooler temps and will last much longer and lower power consumption.

The other light I changed out was my trunk light, its underneath by your 6x9 speakers, just pull the light holder out and change the bulb and you now have a brighter light in the trunk for like 5 bucks. This bulb is a xenon gas bulb but its alot nicer than my halogen bulb.

Pilot is the brand name for led lighting.

Here is the model numbers for the 06-07 monte carlo

I am gonna change out as many of these bulbs to newer more efficient bulbs that give me more lighting performance as well.

Next I will change my bulbs that light up where you put your feet at and the dome light to led as well.

It's not expensive to do at all and its really easy to do.

Here are pics of my bulb upgrades. And yes I will change the license plate bulb that is halogen toovery soon.

Anways Enjoy!!!

i used these bulbs : http://superbrightleds.com/1157.htm
they are cheap and they are better than the leds that my brother used in his trailblazer ss. pluss you can choose colors on these ones. i beleive they have a 1 year warranty with invoice so to me they were worht it.
