Well I finally did it !
I have a WIZAIRED CAI on the way. It should be here by next Wednesday ?
This will be a new experience for me and I'm really curious to how it is going to perform.

 

You didn't take the plung and ordered the ZZP CAI - anyway great choice and post pics after the install!

Very interesting, please DO install pics and let us know how it performs... My next mod will be the ZZP CAI, just to see how different it is from the original Wizaired...

 

I like the looks and design of both but after readeing and re-reading all of the post about CAI's ; I decided to go with the
WizAired. There doesn't seem to be any complaints and "Blacksheep" is still kicking himself for not getting one when he
got the K&N......just kidding Mike.
I would like suggestions an maybe making the unit match my engine bay better.

 

Well definitely get the K&N filter (which is red) that will look great under the hood of your car!

 

....I did. I wonder if the metal frame around the top can be painted.
If it were anodized aluminum that would be great. But I'll make do.

Chris, doesn't your Monte have almost the same horsepower N/A than our supercharged Montes?

 

Amy, yes very similar HP but the supercharged 3.8 has a ton more mods than my 3.9!!
