If its happening under decelleration...its no biggie....
However, If you have that much unburnt fuel..Your definitly haveing a fuel regulateing problem...Especially if its happening while excellerating...
It could also be a valve, poping, timing issue...Which will overtime eventually blow up the motor....which also leaves a lot of unburnt fuel in the system since it isnt breatheing correctly! (in time)
For the sake of clarification and better help...
Maybe you could post a video of what its doing and sounds like?
Its hard to do diagnostic on somethiong we cant see or hear...

yes it only happens during deceleration. but I did notice it only start happening after I finished up my exhaust. will try to post a vid asap. thanks for all input and advice! some mechanic said it could be because I'm using the wrong type of gas?

That's what happens. On a stock exhaust system you usually don't hear it.

No, I already explained that it's excess fuel being burned off upon deceleration. Completely normal for cars to do that so we get better MPG. The engine is allowing the movement of the tires to keep it going, unlike at idle when the injectors are firing.

A flowtech muffler is just a cheap glasspack like a cherry bomb. They're 17.95 at summit. I'd say the noise is one of them weird exhaust leaks, I've heard exhaust leaks that make you think the vehicle is about to straight die; then it ends up being a leak.
