Default what do you guys think

so i want to give my 04 monte ss some more scream and rumble. what i want to do is take out the res and the mufflers, replace the res with a magnflow glass pack the straight pipe it to the y pipe and straight pipes where the mufflers used to be. do you guys think it would be too loud

if its to loud i would probably keep the stock mufflers and then do super 44's in the future

Loud is my kind of car, heck bet some glas packs would sound sweet. Some people complain about loud tires, I'm lucky to hear my stereo over the engine, not complaining ....

This should answer your question nicely, muffler delete glasspack where the resonator goes.

thx and it has a really nice tone to it you did the cherry bombs i was looking at the mangaflow ones. thats not that loud so i shouldn't have to worry about cops

Its pretty loud, I doubt any other brand of glasspack will sound much different. If you do a lot of highway driving, reconsider as there is a lot of drone. Otherwise I wouldn't have any other way

i drive about an hour from school and back about twice a month but im a person who likes a nice exhaust note as much as my music. and loud enough to drown out a v8 ? and do the cops give you problems ?

I haven't had cops bother me yet, but I can't speak for your area. Its loud, but its not gonna drown out a roaring V8.

cops are no to bad my buddy had a 96 mustang gt no exhaust after the cats he got bother a little but she was so loud
