Besides that, we have random checkpoints down here where the Smokey's open your hood and give you tickets for mods, especially CAI's.

That's what the box says here in California.
Sorry but modifications to your car other than original factory equipment is 100% illegel in California.

If a state of California smog tech opens your hood and sees a CAI, he is suppoed to fail you or loose his license if caught by an inspector.

oh and space, about gay cowboys riding mustangs.... well, a mustang is a wild, american pony. monte carlo is one of the four provinces of monoco (did i spell that right?), which is a small country on teh Mediterranean Sea south of France. Thers a big rally race there every year... you tell me man, which one comes across as sounding more gay? Yep, here I go, knocking my own car again (no pun intended there by the way)
