exhaust system's aren't like back in the day, when you had exhaust pipes coming off the headers then straight to the back with some sort of muffler in between somewhere then out the back

now its manifolds into one pipe then into cat, then resonator, then into y-pipe, then to mufflers,

so if your meaning to get rid of things, i strongly suggest keeping the cat, maybe get a high flow one, then do the u-bend thats between the cat convertor and the resonator and get rid of the resonator and that would get you about as straight as it gets

Richard: Maybe it's because it was dark, but I couldn't see the two-tone in that vid? Also, the license plate, is that led or some kind of neon?

Thanks!

What are you talking about? "straight piping" usually means deleting the muffler (along with possibly the resonator, and cat too depending how far you go). If you leave the muffler, its not called straight piping it anymore- its usually refered to by what singe part you deleted. For example, if you had your resonator removed, you'd just say you have a res delete.

Wizz Kidd is no longer a member, and he got rid of his Monte.

Be careful of the thread dates when you post
