2.5 304ss with cat, unless u wanna upgrade to 3 inches? and unless u wanna go with aluminum which is cheaper but by personal experience I wouldn't dare lol besides that all you would need is the gaskets.

for the p log u definitely are going to want to get gaskets. as far as the coating, it's all up to u. I don't think u need it ceramic coated though. my speed daddy headers aren't coated just stainless steel and they work great!

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to do it right. Do I need to add the gaskets for the downpipes as well? 2.5" bolts right on? Do I need to worry about the downpipe removing the O2 sensor and the u bend? And what does the ceramic coating do, heat resistance?

No worries man thats what the site is for, ask away! Lol

but yea you'll need gaskets for the dowpipe as well. 2.5 bolts on perfectly. the o2 shouldn't be harmed but u may wanna email zzp to see if the dp u want comes with the bung or not. if not u can add the bung to the dp. it's one of the drop dwn choices u get once ordering the dp.

ceramic coating im not an expert on it but as far as im concerned, heat resistance is its biggest role.

I think it includes a bung for the rear o2 already:

"Bolt in with cat include an o2 bung for the rear factory o2 sensor."

Do I need the ceramic coated crossover pipe? And do I need the ported rear manifold as well?

I wouldn't mess with a downpipe when there are headers available for the same price.

Pontiac Performance Racing Products for International Sales from SSAutochrome Inc.

I have those, they seal way better then the speed daddy headers and don't have the terrible low hanging bend in the downpipe.

Well then those aren't going to work for me, haha. What about the crossover pipe and the ported rear manifold from ZZP? Are those required and/or recommended? I'm assuming the crossover pipe doesn't matter but the PRM looks like it does. Does it bolt right on too?

Well the PLogs, Cat and PRM is only $500 together and I have to have my buddy's exhaust shop put it all on because I don't have a garage and it's been pouring rain lately, so welding might get expensive through them. As long as all three bolt right on together and onto the exhaust without any issues or modifications.
