Default need new suggestions for an intake

ok i need everyones opinions please. my monte is a 96 z34 and ive tried running a fenderwell intake but my battery is too long. ive tried turning it sideways and even tried using drying tubing but the battery started eating through it. so im out of ideas. right now my setup is just a cone filter sitting in my stock airbox bottom. anyone got any ideas?

post up pictures of your battery and the space we have to work with....

a normal batter for these cars should be able to turn 90* and then you have space to run 3" pipe into the fender

thats what i tried to do but even with the battery completely out the place in the fender is still too small to run 3 inch thin wall pvc pipe

aside from moving the battery outta the corner it'll b tricky. the z34 if its a 3.4 dohc had a very narrow tube for the inlet to the box. i'd cut it off and run a ram tube south. and keep ur box and cone where they r
