Yea I love the LS1M, it was a great purchase. I practically stole it too, for the price it can't be beaten for a scanner/code clearer.

Just picked up a Craftsman low-profile damaged bolt\nut remover set from sears. It was $35, the impact wrench version was $60. I didn't think it would be worth it for the impact version plus I think craftsman stuff has a life-time warranty, so if it breaks I'll just send it in for replacement. I got the 10-piece 10mm to 19mm set so I'm thinking this should work for the front and rear bolts. Should have a "Round 2" if we get another warm day soon, but it's snowing out right now...
That will definately do the trick. I'm working on a full mechanics toolset so I got the $50 socket version and it saved my butt on my snowblower. A 7mm head shear pin didn't shear so well when it sucked up my neighbors door mat. Took 3 hours to clear that darn thing.

He really liked that remover set though. :)

Alright had a "Round 2", got our arses handed to us again. I gave up and took it to a shop and got it put on. They ended up cutting the bolts off and drilling them out and putting new bolts in. The pipe made a huge difference. Nice deep sound, better throttle response, better acceleration. Wow, I really didn't expect it to be that much of an improvement. If any of one else is thinking about getting a new pipe, go do it, big difference.

PB Blaster would have saved you lots of time and effort. 4 dollars a can, and well worth it.

Yea we hit it with a can of PB blaster many times....those bolts were rusted in there good and studded on the end. If PB blaster and the nut remover kit couldn't get it I was done with trying. I had already wasted 2 evenings on it.

The hand grinder would be the best way to go. I've had to use it a few times.
