Ok. My current setup on my 01 SS is a U-Bend Delete, Res delete, with a pair of Flowmaster 40 Delta Flows. I actually reallllly love the sound. And it gives me virtually NO rasp at all. But, I'm thinking about switching it up. I was thinking about deleting the mufflers, and just putting on a Magnaflow resonator, U Bend and Res Delete, and leave it at that. Will there be a slight power difference since I won't have any mufflers? How do you guys think it will sound? The Monte currently sounds V8'ish while idling. Do you think it will sound like that with the Magnaflow resonator? Let me know what you guys think..!.

 

If you love the sound now, I would leave it.

Why spend more time and money on something that will be strictly for sound? I'd use the money towards a new intake if you don't already have one. Just my opinion though.

Yeah i wouldnt do it if u like the sound now cuz u gain pretty much nothing

 

@Domo01SS could u post a video of ur set up with the u bend delete res delete and flowmaster 40 delta flows? I was thinking about doing that exact setup thanks millions!

I don't know how much you would like a muffler delete.

 

Probably without a muffler it would prolly sound like those...chrome fat things kids put on there little 4 banging neons.....and they sound like Poooooop.....


definately use some kind of preferential muffler....definately!
