I'm in the process of installing my CAI and its already taken over an hour and I still have not taken my old air intake off... The instructions are confusing so could someone help me quick! It's about to rain so are there any videos on this?

is it a cold air inductions intake, if so, you need to remove both silver looking modules, the one on the bottom and the one on the side and then remove the tray housing on the bottom.....

Looks like you still need to remove the plastic connecting boot from where the intake will connect to the motor, and also looks like you still have the bottom of the original air intake still in place. I removed the whole plastic air intake from factory and have fabricated a tray to place the pcm onto, just under where it use to sit, as they are located in the bottom of the factory air box

I got it figured out. Took over 2 hours but i finished installing it. It really does make a difference on performance! Not a lot but its noticeable! A lot smoother and it really evens out the sound of my exhaust so it was worth all the long confusion...
