As far as I know it is a prefabbed Bumper for certain applications of vehicles. No name, no pics... lol..I'll look around tho.

so your just wanting to take the exhaust through the bumper are you not?? if your wanting to save the bumper from heat your going to have some stainless thing made up to go in the whole so the bumper doesn't melt incase the exhaust touches it

yeah something similar to that, its all prefabbed all u do is cut the bumper and install this piece then run ur exhaust to the back of it and there u go
