Yea thats what Im talking about which brings me to the HPT dilemma. Probably wait until I want to tune myself unless I can find someone to do it for very cheap.
You're going to love it - intake + tune really helps wake them up! That stock intake is awful around the opsu, reminded me of the old "u bend" issue on the downpipe - except this seems to have a lot more of a negative impact on performance.

First thing I want is to figure the most simple way to disable that DOD activate/deactivate horrible-ness. I dont want to pay someone to disable it then decide I want to get HPT.
Easiest way could be one of those OBD plug in modules. Ive seen folks use the Range Technology ones in other applications, and it looks like they cover the MC too. But they're pricey at $200+. I see lots of knockoffs well below $100 on Amazon- maybe it would be worth a try to grab one of those?
