Question Headers for 06 3.5L

Hi,

Where can i find some decent headers for my 2006 3.5L v6 monte???
Im having a hard time to find them and im not sure if it would be cheaper to have an exhaust shop custom make them for me?

Please help!

Thanks!

there are no available headers for your monte. you could possibly have a shop do it for you, but it will most likely cost you, because making good headers isn't easy

:C oh well, never mind the headers if thats the case... However im going to look into some sort of a high flow catalytic converter for this car, but im not sure if i can see the stock catalytic and i cant tell if its a bolt on or if it is welded on. The only thing i can see under the car is what i believe to be the resonator? where is my cat lol and is it a bolt on or welded?

They don't make headers specifically for 3500's that are in w-bodies, but they make them for n-bodies: Pacesetter 3100/3400/3500 V6 N-Body Headers - Pacesetter Exhaust - Shop By Brand - MP Racing Store

It MIGHT work, but you will have to do some investigation to make sure. Or you could just try it, depends on how gutsy you are I guess, lol.

i have the same 7th gen as you do 60-montelt it is just behind the engine just before the center of the car. magna flow maces one it is a universal fit for the engine as well as flow master one as well. if you are looking for a intake for it go to cold airinductions they have two types one powder coated as well as the shiny type. the powder coated one is about 315.0 the other is about 285.0 befor shiping and tax
