Nice, but then why bother modding the Monte? Save up for the LS1.

 

Did you just ask a Monte enthusiast why he is modding his Monte? I LOVE THIS CAR. Want it to perform / look a little nicer before I get my LS1.

Plus the LS1 will only get cheaper

lol, thats exactly what I was thinking....

 

i like my looks of my 07 monty when i got it i thought there would be moe things for the 3.5l motor like the 3.8 motor. but i am happy with my monty runs great but wish there is a little more things for the 7th gen model. like the preveus models i have been running into dead ends for performance parts outher than a beatter mass air flow sensor chip and better mufflers. i am not really complaning though it run's great. also sounds great with the flow masters on it.

 

just an update the test car is at doug thorley as we speak. we'll see what they say. ill keep this thread up to date.

You do know these headers are only for the 5.3L V8 right?

I wouldn't trust those... Look at the fitment years: 70-88,95-07... That can't be possible.
