SSmokyBear,
Did you ever get your GMPP exhaust system?

Wayne:

It arrived Tuesday and was installed on Wed. I am very impressed with the quality of the system. I had an export pipe made to replace the 3" CAT I had installed. I am in the process of swapping the 2 out now. The sound is definitely a lower grumble that is louder then the res. delete that I had on it before. So the system is now 3" from the engine back to the exhaust system which I believe is 2.5. I will get video of it when it is completely finished.

Thats great. I'm kind of bummed that I missed out on getting one before they sold out. I'm trying to buy the Borla system that is on the "for sale" section so we will see how that goes. I can't wait to hear the video.

I'm just glad you are happy with the recommendation, especially for what you had to go through for it :P

Jury is still out my friend. I parked it after only driving it 3 miles. Then I drove it in to work this at 4am this morning on the empty roads with the radio off at 80-90mph for 15 miles. It sounds good so far but I wanna see if the export pipe makes a difference. The CAT is 3" so it shouldn't have that much of an affect. But I am **** about that stuff so its getting replaced tomorrow at another shop. I won't decide how I like it till that CAT is gone and the pipe is in. While it's in the air I will take pictures as well. Or at least try to...

It should mellow out some after about 500 miles.
