Talking Finally Done with my CAI!!

FINALLY! I finished up my Cold Air Intake today, and must I say. I'm very happy and feel very accomplished. There's so much I wanted to do to this car and i've done all of the things I wanted to to so far .

Anyways haha, here's the before, after, and after-after the install ...and my new billet oil filler cap lol

looks pretty decent and tucked away, getting the best out of it.. very nicely done!

Thankyou!! I plan on making more appealing to the eye. Matching couplers and making the clamps line up nice.

looks good ... i wish there was a decent option other than the CAI.com 300 dollar whole setup for the 7th gen ss because im still teetering on the fence about actually gettin it ...

its just too damn much money in my opinion ... sure i could fab something up like you did but when it comes to cars i dont trust my macgyvering ...

Hey man, if you can find a cheap $50 intake kit on ebay for your monte like i did, then you can fabricate it into the fender or wherever Have faith my friend

Thankyou sir it feels pretty great compared to the HAI haha, it sounds alot deepers and louder
