One of the guys in my club has one on his F body and if closes it while it is still running it won't seal compleatly, not running and it will

I feel like ive tried to close it while the engine is off, but im not sure. I will check that out later on. I know they say its safe to close it while the engine is at idle.. Thanks man, ill look into that!
