hi guys,planning on getting the borla exaust.just wondering how important is the downpipe,does it add hp's and sound one or the other?i see some for like 300 and some more cheaper.if you bought them can you tell me what kind to get.i dont want to pay alot when the cheaper one is just as good.thanks oh yeah i got a 01 monte ss

Definately get the DP. I have the Random Technology pipe and hi flow cat. Around $300. And worth it!

 

i didn't buy mine so thats why i didn't post...i had mine made @ a local exhaust shop...you can do that too and it may be a little cheaper too
