Hi, I'm new here and I don't know if y'all talked about this b4 but I have a 04 3.4 ls and I'm looking for a cai, I was wondering if the k&n cai for the 3.8 will work or if it can be modded to work? Thanks

Btw: what can I expect in power gain from a cai & ubend delete?

 

it can definately be made to work but you should look at zzperformance.com and look at the wizaired cold air intake made for the 3.4, youd probably be looking at 7-10 hp total for those two.

No, most of the parts won't be compatible. The grand prix is running with the 3.8 so most parts will be for that engine.

 

i got a little something to say here.you are much better off just building something custom. just make sure the material is not that plastic like-insulation stuff and make sure it goes into the fender or under the car, not in the engine bay. its cheaper and gives you a much better sense of accomplishment.

and how do you get to the wizaired on zzp, i didnt think they had anything for the 3400. could someone give me a link. i see all the time people talking about the wizaired and ive never seen it.
