RE: getting the LOW TIRE WARRNING TO GO OUT
Putting more air in the tires will not reset the warning light by the way.Mine went on after driving about 20 miles with new tires at the correct pressure.A friend of mine who is a tech at a Mercedes dealership said that type of tire pressure monitor reads the rotation of the tires through the antilock brake sensors. After it learns the normal rotation pattern, low air pressure is detected by the change in the rotation.Putting on new tires will usually give a different reading due to the slightly different diameter than the old tires, tripping the monitor.Even rotating your tires can cause it in some cases,or adding air if all tires were equally low.The new systems have a sensor in each valve stem and read pressure only, verses rotations,so they don't need resetting after a tire change. You do have to go through the relearning procedure outlined in the owners manual if the tires are rotated however.

ok will try the ehad light switch
I knew there was one tha tdid work with the head light switch. but was not sure witch one or how to do it.
But adding air dont stop the light i know after it came on i check the tires for air and they were low so i filled them back up to 35psi. and the light hasent gone out since. SO i would say that dont work
when i put the new tires on it i had drove the car some but not real far after being done. then it was shipped and sat pn a boat for teh most part of 30days. SO im sure this had soemthing to do with the low preasure in them.
But they are holding air fine now Thank God. new tires not holding air SUX's

Pull the switch out 1 click, turn clockwise 1 click, counter clockwise 1 click, and pushback in. Do it 3 times.Put a short 1/2 second to 1 second pause between each action and it should go out.
