Not on 06 montes it's not....unless it's brand new. I do know that a ram air hood is in the works for 06-07 Monte's.

The Z06 scoop would need to be flatter to fit the Monte hood and moved further back in my opinion.
Not that this couldn't be done. Just done in fiberglass or maybe carbon fiber?
