Default Your set-up POLL

Hi guys, i'd like to take a quick poll of what everyone is running
Your rpms in town and on highway.

Tire size
.
pro and cons of your set-up.

If you could re-do it .... how would you?.

I have a 355 sbc lots of performance parts.

turbo 350 shift kit and 2500 stall.

4.10 gears, my rpms around town are 1700 to 2000 approximately.

on highway they are 2900 to 3100 approx.

thats with a 28" tire 275 60 15.

with my 245 60 15's (26 1/2") tires all around in town i get 1800-2500 approx.

Highway its 3100 to 3400 approx. I love my set up, but i see very little to no highway just one test trial. and i drive it everyday to school and i would say, often short cruises. pros ofcourse the torque, power, acceleration, and overall feeling of being in a race car and beating 99.9% of people from greenlights cons, gas i get like 8 mpg if im lucky in town and the fact that im so skeptical of driving on the highway.

If i could re-do i probably would go with some 3.73's or 3.55's and if and when the money would be available i would put in the OD 700r with heavy duty shift kit.

Thanks

Thats what is coming out.Might do a BBC for a little while but in the end it's going to have a boosted LSX engine with a 4 speed auto

Gotta remember a lot of us on here have 5-7 gen montes they're not going to have as much input on the older gen monte.
I almost never comment on the 5-7 gens.I've forgoten too much to be usefull
