Yesterday was a SAD but good day
Yesterday, I sadly had to take my 96 Monte Carlo to the wreckers.
Most of you already know about the squirrel eating all the wiring in the engine bay.
However, I now know how the family of an ORGAN DONOR feels.
I am glad to say that pieces of my Monte live in the bodies of other needed Monte's.
The rear struts and stabilizer went into my uncles 2002 Impala....... Yes, it actually all fit
The rims and tires are going on my Lumina
A forum member looks to be getting the front headlights
The power mirrors look to be going to another member (forget his name right now)
Some interior parts went to a friend of mine to be put in his hot rod he is building.
SO ALL IN ALL...................ITS A SAD BUT GOOD DAY
RIP
(maybe now I'll be looking for an Intimidator MC?)

Hi `Mark,
It's difficult to say goodbye to those that treated us well,
and that we loved...
It's great that some of the parts will live on with others : )
It's sad that we can't get rid of the things we don't want..
They just continue to linger on 4-Ever
R.I.P
