can someone tell me what year did they come out with the yellow SS. I think it's 05 or 06 ? It has the checker board design on the side with silver or gray ground effects .... Thanks

Do you mean the yellow SS Pace car? Because I've seen yellow SS montes a lot earlier than 05.

 

 

correct me if im wrong but i think all the pacer ss color year go like this:

black- 2000
red- 2001
yellow-2002
blue- 2003

 

Competition Yellow and Galaxy Silver was the color of the 02 Pace Car.

 

Red was 2000, Black was 2001

 

OK. Was the 2002 the only year you could get a yellow Monte ? Or the only yr you could get a yellow SS ?

 

03 and 04 Competition Yellow was also offered. Not sure if it was offered in LS trim though. Oh I remember, the LS did come in a special Competition Yellow Package. It got the high spoiler and the diamond cut 5 spoke rims and Black Monte Carlo emblems.
