Won an award with the '97 Monte!
Took my '97 Monte LS to it's first show tonight! And I won the "Medal Of Honor" which is awarded to one car each week. Of all the cars there, they chose my lil plain Monte Carlo 
When I accepted it, the DJ says "See, it goes to show you, you don't have to have an old car to have a nice award winning show car". I haven't even had it a week! I am now the owner of TWO award winning Monte Carlo's. I won a trophy last year with the '74 Monte, as well as the MOTM here last August. Picture time!
(My friend's with the red & white 1959 Ford Pick-Up next to me bought my gold '98 Monte)

Nicely done. Its a great looking Monty. Keep the awards coming. Is this a show you go to every week? I'd like to get something like that going here.

Congrat's on your Medal. You know that's when an award or Medal means something. Is when your peers give you one. GOOD Job
