Anyone know if the still sell the old wire kit for my 2003 Monte w/ OnStar. The one that retains the factory stereo but allows a new deck. The story goes..... I put a monitor in my dash but I don’t like using the adapter because my "Change Oil" and various other features like the TPS don’t work now. I just can’t find the old kit anywhere. Pretty sure it was made by Metra. TIA guys.

 

yah its the gmos-04...thats what i have anywho but it doesnt have a hookup im aware of for the steering wheel controls, still have to research that but anywho that should retain all ur chimes and such but ull have to reset the oil life and such using the other methods

 

Yah thats what I have now but I am looking for the "older" one. Before they made the interface box they had a kit that kept the old stereo in the car in addition to the new stereo.
