Default why so many T.Stewart MC's for sale ?

....While I was looking for the Monte Carlo that I just purchased;
I couldn't help but notice ALLLLLLLLLL of the Tony Stewart edition
and Dale Jr. MC's for sale.
Does anyone have a theory as to why ? Other than Team changes
and Sponsor changes; I can't think of one. Insurance rates ?
Just curious ?

Because they were probably all leased vehicles that were turned back to the dealers. When I was looking for my 05 at the beginning of the year, I looked at 4 of them (TS edition) just in my area alone.

Or beause they are rare addition Monte's the owner had them as "weekend only" or "fun cars" but with the economy the way it is, and so many job losses, people had to sell their fun/ weekend car, even if it is a rare one, just for the extra cash.

Just a thought.

well like you stated earlier i think it has to do a lot with the team changes...
Tony Stewart's old Home Depot 20 car belongs to the young kid Joey Lagano which is now a toyota (blahhh!) which i may be one reason. too bad chevy still doesnt make MC's bcuz if they came out with the new 14 Tony Stewart MC i would sooo be all over it for sure!

And then some people are pissed at Junior for being a sell out and going to Hendrick racing team which anyone who is into NASCAR knows that Hendrick was Senior's big rival.

other then that i'm not entirely sure. idk bout the V8 thing bcuz i would never get rid of my 6th gen for a 7th gen even if i did have the chance to get a 7th gen SS.

I can buy the "disposable" weekend car theory.

The economy's bad so the toy is the first thing to go. Not only Montes, but look at all the Rustangs for sale now.
