What's it worth?
Hey all I'm new to the forum. I am the original owner of a 2001 Monte pace car replica. It has just under 18,000 miles. All original with exception to the battery. It is #568 of 1300. Fully loaded and mint. If I were to sell it what is it worth?
Thanks for any help.

Hi Vinnie.
Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately, like all the 2000-2003 pace car replicas, your car may not be worth as much as you hope. The driver editions are the same way. Your car would be worth a little more than a regular 2001 SS. But unfortunately not much.
The problem is the production number of these cars is in the thousands. In your case 1,300. The Dale Jr editions like I have is 2,883 produced. If the production numbers were a lot smaller, the cars would be worth a lot more. Like the real (track used) pace cars. They were all unique, and very few of them exist. Making them more valuable.
But the good news is that your car is rare. Just not as rare as you'd like it to be. Seeing as the 2001 pace cars are now 11 years old, not all 1,300 still exist anymore. So yours is getting rarer all the time.
If I were you, I'd hang on to the car. Knowing you're the original owner of a great car. And like I said, it is a rare, good looking car.

It's worth whatever you can get someone to pay for it. I looked it up on KBB.com and in perfect flawless condition it was between 7000 to 9000 because of the low miles I guess. But that doesn't add anything for it being a pace car.
