I've been using my heated seats for 10 years now, haven't had a problem with them

 

just wondering have you ever had a problem with the drivers seat mine wont move up or down just forwards and back

 

i think it is the seat links and motor going bad it will probably be a good thing to change up to the leather seats

 

the ls is bone stock, unless the original buy got the upgrades.

the lt came with 17's, climate control, and stiffer suspension i think fe2 compared to fe. idk what else. mine has every option besides a sunroof and fogs. they dont make 2010's so basicly you may or may not get lucky with the original buyers choices.

 

oh and about the seats, ive never heard what that guys talking about. my dad has a 1990 volvo with heated clothe seat. they still work. with no problems.

just dont put your knee into them and they should be alright. they only thing i could see is that the heating coils could seperate and cause a short. they can be easily replaced.

 

Our '03 Pace car has both. I think '04 may be the cut off point for the in dash cassette player? I don't recall seeing one offered in the stereo guide.

The '06 has the straight CD player. A 6 disk in dash player.

 

my point is when i had my monte in the shop getting some body damage fixed do to some one side swaping me they said it was a ls. even though at the time i still had the 17 inch alloys on it befor they were stollen and granted i dont have the dual climat controlles and no heated seats and leather as well,it is a lt none the less. i pretty much riped the guys head off when he said it was a ls.i told him it is a lt and showed him the window sticker as well saying it is a lt as well. the insurance guy said the lt did not come with the flexfuel i told him he was full of s!@#. if it has the lt markings and the window sticker said it is a lt. its a lt even though it has the flex fuel model

 

there is some things that i have that i want to upgrade to make me happy but i am not going to break the bank doing so. all i have to say it is a work in progress

 

For '06 ot '07?

I've never seen an '06 with flex fuel is why I ask.

From the way you describe your car it sounds like an '06 2LT model. But for '07 things were different. No LTZ and I believe only one level of LT. Not like '06 where there were 3 levels plus LTZ.
