i just got a 2004 monte carlo ss dale jr for graduation (got it before totaled my beloved camaro). I love the car i love the look and power. People at school are trynna get on my calling me dale or asking me if im ready to race the daytona 500 and stuff. I'm used to being friends with everyone im that kid. I dont know what come back to say to the jerks. Are they jelous or are they serious and the car only nice to me?

Just be the bigger person and ignore them, not worth your time.

 

It happens ya get use to ignoring them.

Youngsta you own a hot car and it speaks in volumes, let them talk bet they won't be talking trash to you when the light turns green !

 

Some of them may be being jerks. But don't worry about it. What you should be prepared for is people who want to have a serious discussion about Dale Jr, and how he did in the last race. People will assume you are a huge Nascar fan, obviously.

Also be prepared to hear comments about having the wrong number on the car. Since Jr is now #88. Or telling you to paint the car Amp green.
