I have owned a Suzuki Esteem, a good little car while I had it, then my 03 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. What led me to my Monte? My dad owned it for 3 years and never drove it and I wanted it from day one because I was in love with it! lol. So I sold my Pontiac and bought my dads Monte and its been the best car and choice I have ever made.

In order that I've had them: (oddly enough, they're all W-bodys)

1996 Monte Carlo LS (first car, still have it, will keep it forever-no joke)
2000 Impala LS (traded in about 2 years ago)
1999 Grand Prix GTP (bought used as a replacement for the monte, traded in about 2 months ago)
2003 Impala LS (got as a replacement for the 2000 Impala about 2 years ago)
2007 Grand Prix GXP (got as a replacement for the 1999 Grand Prix)

I can pretty well garauntee the next car I get is going to be outside of the w-body family. I love w-bodys to death, but I need something different next time.

 

You know I never noticed that. It had the Z lower bumper. Maybe the hood was replaced cause it was in an accident and I do remember the 3.4. It was a money pit and a nighmare to find someone to fix it.
