Default Want to buy a monte carlo

whats up, alright im just about ready to purchase my first car. i was looking to buy a used 04 monte carlo ss and do my thing with it.
if i wanted to put suicide doors, 24 inch rims, and neon how much would you guys think i'd spend for each accessory? I heard that putting rims bigger then 20' would cause some sort of problems that i forgot, so would i have to lift the suspension?

P.S I know lots of people have there thoughts on what type of car this is for and i want a flashy type of car since it is my first

I don't think there are many members here that would ruin a nice Monte Carlo like that.

Try to find a low rider/custom/tuner forum. Might get better answers.

I wouldn't go any bigger than 20s on the rims. Neon's would be cool though. Not sure I've ever seen suicide doors on a Monte? Seen lambo/vertical doors, they look pretty cool if done right. I definitely would never LIFT a car to fit rims under it though, some people like it but it's just not something I'd ever do to a Monte Carlo.

I don't wanna be a negative nancy, but you said this is your 1st car. Are you sure you have the time and money to do all that? I would imagine with rims that big you'll be replacing wheel bearings every 10000 miles which at cheapest is $50 a piece
