Are you talking about the noise between the time you turn it off and restart it again? If it is, then i have no idea.

Did you add a snail?

nope, that sound you hear after i turn it off the first time is a cutout! Stock mufflers... just not using them when the cutout is open

How difficult was it 2 install the cutouts ?
