I think what he forgot to mention during the painting process, is thin evencoats from different angles. To avoid dripping, runs, and thin spots.

Uhg, come on guys! Do you really want your wheels to look like those pieces of junk? That black looks hiddeous. Ive seen better wheels on cop cars.
