Last weekend a gtp asked to race. We were going about 15 mph and he was wanting to purchase an ls4 so he wanted to see what it had. Well it didn't take long before I was about 3 car lengths ahead of him. He had intake and that's about all.

Now my buddy has a 2001 regal. It's got gen v heads, gen v blower, 3.2 pulley, intake, Intercooler, headers, tune...I'm racing him tonight haha

Any thoughts on how that will go? I'm bone stock minus res/muffler delete

Oh, are you going to the track ? If not, I hope you have a good road to run without any driveways exits etc., for your racing area. (better to be safe then sorry 4-Sure... Also, it's great to have spotter's for traffic & for vehicles with flashing lights. (Cell Phones contacts)...

 

No offense, but I'd put money on the regal. Obviously with a modded car, it's hard to tell how well the tune is dialed in which can make all the difference. But in general, he should have more power than you.

 

Well we did it...not as bad as I thought lol highway pull from 50 to about 80 he started pulling by like 70 about a car length. Did it from a dig and we both spun out til about 35 and he finished about car and a half length ahead of me. I think intake and tune we'd be about even
