Default Tylers Project Thread

okw ell i figured id make a project thread.....yall kno im tryna trade for a mid 80s monte SS....well...it was going great was gna get a nice one but not so sure now

but ANYWAY...here my curent ride..its not a monte but its like one..its lik a mini monte lol

1989 Chevy Z24, 2.8L v6 bored and stroked to a 3.1, 5 speed manual, dual exhaust with a glasspack and gutted cat....new sound system....fan over ride switch, grant wheel...nothing to special i gues lol

the engine and trans have both been rebuilt 30,000miles ago....the engine was bored and stroked to a 3.1 but everything else inside is stock...i do want to build a 2.8 with high compression and a big cam for it...it runs 15.4 all day in a 1/4 but im looking to lower those times very soon lol

later to come this week are sum rally wheels and a stock spoiler

iv had a hand full of s10s but just to much to list tonite..so anyway

heres it wen i got it....when i wrecked it .... and it today...

it wen i got it

it wen i wrecked it

it right after i fixed it

IT TODAY!!

lol an L67? i take it thats a SC 3800?

theres a guy that did a SC 3800 form a 00 monte SS into a 87 z24...

if i didnt have to convert to OBDII i would....but i HATE wiring so the best i can do is a 3400 cuz i can still run of my stock 2.8L ecm....just it will lean out a lil at high RPMS...
