Its for the 00-05 impals but I believe it could work for the monte carlo as well or somebody can call this website up to ask who makes them and maybe they make it for the monte carlo, but impalas and montes are so close that this may work, I hope it does,

I believe it will, lets wait for the monte carlos from 00-05 tell us if the 00-05 impala trunk lid is similar and if this will work,

Also call that website up that is selling them and ask thim if you can return it if it doesn't work in case, ask about their return policy

I do I have the original Pyfc one, you can always have the ss or bow tie painted to match the color of your car

I talked with a impala buddy online and know alot of other people wanted this accessorie so I am letting the MCF FAMILY know.

 

I honestly don't think it'll fit. Look how the top of yours bows down where the top of the one you linked us to bows up... I have a feeling it won't work.

But if you look on the trunk he posted, it doesn't have anything on the top sides, where his has the dog bone shape, so maybe it's just not as tall as his and shows a little more trunk?

I wish my sister cared for her 04 Impala SS more, because I'd buy that for her but test it on my Monte first :P
