Unhappy trashed

I totaled my beloved 01 Pacecar this past sunday. Got hit in the left front in front of the wheel. I'm trying to figure my options, from buying a cheap base Monte and swaping everything over to it, to trying to sell whole as is, to parting out. Any ideas and suggestions would be helpfull. Any ideas of pricing if I decide to sell whole or parts would be helpfull towards making a classifieds post here. Car is black with silver flags, just shy of 145k but was still running great. Two tone leather interior. Tires have about 5k on them.

Default trashed......

....Depending on how much damage was actually done; you wan to consider keeping it.
It's a Pace Car edition after all. Just repair a little at a time. If it's drivable at all ?
I've been hit in the right front before ( S10 ) and I understand
if you can't drive it at all.
Photos ?
But there are plenty of people out there looking for parts
or converting their MC to something else. This could be a opportunity to help
some people out and make yourself some money ? Is the frame bent ?
You may have a rebuild on your hands.
OR : Find another Pace Car and do some swapping. Build up a LT ?
Make lemonade out of lemons........
Hope that gets the threads going on this.
I'm still learning about these MC's myself.

I'll try to get some pics this weekend. I've had two trusted people look at it and they both say it would need a complete front end due to the strut towers being twisted.

That sucks man. I know how it feels to total out out a car that you like. If you have full coverage on the car, I would buy it back from the insurance company. If its not fixable, there will still be a bunch of good parts for you to use\sell.

Is there a certificate of authenticity that shows the vin # of your car? I guess to me THAT would be the determining factor. If it is a DOCUMENTED pace car w/COA, then it's worth keeping. Without the cert, it's just another Monte Carlo. Documentation is worth GOLD on collectable cars.

That's really crappy!!! Such a great car too.

I do agree with everyone. Just keep the car, you will always kick yourself if you let it go. You never know if you will be able to find a front end / parts for it. Or even if you just keep important parts and sell others.
