Tornado damage L.R.
My girlfriend's (Tonda) neighborhood got hit pretty hard last Friday with what officials are calling a EF1 Tornado.
However, with all the trees in her yard NOT A ONE was blown down except for a single limb.
There is damage all around her but the electric box did get ripped from the side of the house. This all happened at 2:00am April 15th.
Sadly a Mother and her son were killed two blocks south of where Tonda lives. However the 2 year old of this Mother was found safe and still asleep in her crib. Amazing !
Pray for EVERYONE across the south who has been affected by this storm.

Thanks for your post & a reminder to all on how fragile our life can be in our human form.
The World News & the World Wide Web brings the events to us everyday on the many electronic screens we view.
We even have remotes to turn them `off, but the sad imagines are captured in our Mind. A reminder, and notice to all to extract the most from everyday we are given on this planet called `Earth.....What comes after ? How much longer do we have in life ? How much time to you have ?

Here is a news report abou the damage and cleanup efforts with the
RED CROSS. This just happens to be Tonda's neighborhood.

Mann you guys got hit too? Around my area in Saint Louis got it bad but surprisingly no one got severely hurt. Hopefully people down there are being as helpful as people are being around here

Wow he got lucky then. That airport is like ripped to shreds in some parts
