Well that too. Generally cold air intakes get you very little extra HP, which if you have any sort of aftermarket sound system or body mods, will probably be virtually canceled out by the weight of it. And the average mpg improvement runs about 1-2mpg. So I'm not trying to say it's useless, but it doesn't do a whole helluva lot either.

 

Sounds like a good plan, always good to have a direction and a mod plan so you don't get to confused good luck and keep us updated

As for the Intake I think for the most part everyone who starts modding for performance ussually does Intake/Exhaust/Headers etc...and while your not getting tons of HP from just an intake it is a step in a direction to help the car breath better and with supporting mods it does help.

there is some thing i am looking into as well the 4t65e-awd trans and setup to see if it would work. like the back suspention from a aztek see if the rear drive would line up and go in and to see what is detailed to have it all wheel drive. so i can say i have a uniqu vehicle.
