I noticed it too after going through a car wash last month. Temp was in the upper 30's.
Kinda bothered me too. But now that I see I'm not alone on this one, I don't know.

Yes they are sealed however over time that seal comes loose. My headlamps did that on my 98 Grand Prix GTP. I replaced the entire headlamp assembly.

mine does this on the right taillight and only when i wash it that I know of, I back into my parking spot in the driveway and never see the tailend that much. maybe i should start looking on cold mornings. if hte car is clean, i throw my cover on it. when ti gets dirty, i just let the condensation condense on it.

If your car is out of the service warranty something that may help reduce this is drilling a small hole so the moisture can drain out. You will need to remove the taillight from the car so you can get at the bottom of the assembly. Drill the hole in the most lower position possibly so all the moisture has a chance to drain out.

Not really the same thing. When I got my '86 LS the PO had removed the lenses off the taillights so he could drill holes in them and install blue dots in the lenses. He used some type of sealer that reminded me of tar to re-seal the lenses toback section of the taillight. It didn't really seal that well. but it didn't matter cause he put the blue dots in the lenses in the wrong spot. Press on the brake and the blue dots looked black, not blue. The blue dots were not placed over a light bulb so the light would illuminate the blue dot making it shine blue.
