i was wondering if the tail lights from a 2004 monte carlo would fit a 2006 they seem to be the same shape, i was looking at some after market tail lights, something to make the car stand out, my car is red and the rear is kinda plain looking

Most people have reported that lights from 00-07 are interchangeable.

I think that they are, but be advised that if you go LED, you will more than likely want to get a resistor to make the blinking that of a normal rate, rather than extremely rapid...

Besides, the LED's look hot, stand out, and are very reliable.

Actually I think those are just the Euro style lights they sell on ebay. I don't think they are LED's.

The taillights in my post are from partsforyourcar.com, and they are indeed LED's

PFYC claims there's no way to slow down the fast flash, but if you're experienced in electronics there's always a way.

Actually, they make a cheap resistor that literally clips right in, to make your car think that you are running standard Incandescent light bulbs, rather than the less resistant LED bulbs
